Conditions and reductions

The indicated prices are intended per person and day (from 14 years) and the holiday tax of €3.10 is not included in the rate.

For more detailed information (location, furnishing and size of the rooms), group and family offers and for requests for offers we ask that you contact us directly via email or telephone.

Reductions for children staying in the room with their parents

Up to 1 year without extra bed €15.00 per day
Up to 1 year with extra bed €25.00 per day
From 1 to 6 years a reduction of 50%
From 6 to 12 years a reduction of 30%
From 12 to 18 years a reduction of 10%

Any extra meals will be charged for separately.

In order to confirm your booking we need written confirmation and the payment of a deposit.

Payment in the pension can be done in cash, by cheque or by bank transfer, credit card.

Cancellations

With pleasure we have reserved a room for you. We thank you for your understanding where in case of cancellation we will withhold an amount from the price of the period booked:

Up to 30 days before arrival, cancellation is free
Up to 15 days before arrival, we withhold 40% of the total period booked
Up to 8 days before arrival, we withhold 60% of the total period booked
Up to 8 days before arrival, we withhold 80% of the total period booked
In case of late arrival or early departure we withhold 80% of the total period booked which you have not been able to make use of

In order to avoid these unnecessary and unpleasant expenses we would advise taking out travel cancellation insurance.
